Mental Health statistics paint a stark picture – in the past year alone, 4.3 million Australians aged 16–85 experienced a mental disorder. That’s 1 in 5 Australians showing up to work with a mental health condition.  Globally, workplace stress continues to rise, with 44% of employees reporting significant stress levels in their roles.
