Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that, as Lucy Quick Retreats maintain an intimate atmosphere with a limited number of attendees, our cancellation policy is designed to address unforeseen cancellations and share related expenses.
Kindly take note of the following terms. No exceptions can be made for weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies:
Non-Refundable Hold Deposits:
- Hold deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
- Transferable (minus a $200 AUD re-listing fee) to a new attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.
Balance Payment:
- Full balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation Refunds:
- Requests submitted after the balance due date and up to 30 days before the retreat start date will incur 60% refund of the total amount (excluding deposit).
- No refunds within 29 days of the retreat start date.
Processing Fee:
- Any allowed refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
No Refunds or Credits:
- No refunds or credits for failure to attend, incomplete retreats, late arrivals, or early departures.
Trip Insurance Encouraged:
- While no one plans to cancel a retreat, unexpected events may occur. Consider purchasing travel insurance, as it is your responsibility to understand and adhere to our cancellation policies.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover fees in case of medical issues before or during the trip.
- Medical expense coverage for accidents during the retreat is also advisable.
- Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
Retreat Cancellation by Lucy Quick PTY LTD:
- We reserve the right to cancel retreats with insufficient participant interest.
- In such cases, all funds paid to Lucy Quick PTY LTD Retreats will be refunded.
- Notification of cancellation will be provided at least 1 month before the retreat start date.
Personal Expenses:
- Lucy Quick PTY LTD Retreats cannot be held responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to itinerary changes or retreat cancellations.
