Covid blurred work-life boundaries more than ever, especially for women who took on the "double shift" of work and home responsibilities. Add to that the current cost-of-living crisis, global uncertainty—whether it’s climate change or geopolitical tensions—and we’re constantly facing an undercurrent of stress and overwhelm.
On top of that, we’re bombarded by digital noise—emails, social media, news alerts—making it harder than ever to disconnect and recharge.

Not all stress is bad. In fact, some stress can be healthy and motivating. But chronic stress without relief or healthy coping mechanisms can escalate into burnout.
Before launching my business, I spent nearly 20 years in the corporate world, much of it in fear-driven, psychologically unsafe environments. I’ll never forget a meeting with a new boss who bluntly said, “If you're underperforming, I'll micromanage you. If you continue, I'll push you out.” Experiences like this left me living in constant fear—fear of speaking up, fear of failing, and fear of being pushed out.

This fear fueled intense self-doubt, anxiety, and depression, which distanced me from who I wanted to be. I struggled with boundaries, overworked, and neglected self-care. My marriage suffered, and I wasn’t the mother I wanted to be. I turned to alcohol as a coping mechanism and ended up with a severe alcohol use disorder.

At rock bottom, I made a change. I got sober, rebuilt my life, and focused on healthy habits—boundaries, rest, exercise, and mindfulness. I eventually left my job, retrained as a coach, and built a successful sobriety coaching business.

Week 1 - Boundaries:
We'll establish strong boundaries that protect your time, energy, and wellbeing. You'll learn how to say "no" with confidence and ensure you're prioritising yourself.
Week 2 - Rest:
Discover the power of real rest, even on your busiest days. We'll make rest a priority so you can recharge and feel ready to tackle your goals.
Week 3 - Authenticity:
Explore your personal values and learn to align them with your work and home life. Together, we'll find purpose in your daily tasks and help you step into your most authentic self.

Take charge of your vitality through personalised plans for nutrition, movement, and stress reduction. We'll also focus on completing stress cycles to prevent stress hormones from building up.

Duration: 5 weeks

Format: Online group coaching sessions + access to a private online community

Frequency: Weekly 60-minute sessions + an extra closing call at the end of the program

Schedule: The weekly calls will alternate between Fortnightly Wednesdays at 7pm and Fridays at 12pm, providing flexibility to suit your schedule. Recordings available if you can't attend live.
